This tutorial was written in PSP9 but should be able to be done in both earlier and later versions of the programme

Font: Satisfaction, unfortunately this is a pay for font and therefore I cannot supply it with the tutorial

Open my canvas in Paintshop Pro, open up the HT Frame from the kit, resize it by 60% twice, then 80%, copy and paste as a new layer and position over the centre part of my canvas, duplicate the frame and flip the duplicate, rotate it by 22.5 degrees left and position to the side of the main frame, duplicate this frame and go to image/mirror then position to the opposite side of the main frame, move all frames so that it covers the centre mirrored effect on the canvas, then erase any part of the two outside frames which are showing inside the main frame

Open up the ice-skates and resize it by 30% then 50%, copy and paste as a new layer, duplicate the boot then move it slightly so that one boot is slightly lower than the first, merge these two layers together then rotate the boot as before. Duplicate the boots and go to image/mirror, place on boot the the bottom right of the frame and the other beneath the flower on the top left hand side frame (see main image for guidance)

Open up HT Bow 2, resize by 50% twice, copy and paste as a new layer, go to image/flip then duplicate and place one to the right hand frame above the boot, and one to the left hand frame

Open up the candles resize it by 30% copy and paste as a new layer and position in the centre of the frames at the bottom

Open up the words supplied and copy and paste as a new layer, position to the bottom or to your liking on the image

Open up the flame supplied, copy and paste as a new layer, move it so that it is in position on the candle, duplicate the flame, resize it by 50%, go to image/mirror then move the duplicate to the other smaller candle

Add a tube if you wish of your choice, or just add your name as I did then save your file as a .png and you are finished
